This is the most common and flexible work pass for foreign executives (e.g. professionals, managers, managers and directors) to work and live in Singapore.
It is only one of the three types of professional work passes where companies are not bound by law to hire Singaporeans before the approval of the Singapore work pass.
Note that minimum monthly salary and relevant work experience applies for this type of work visa. Lastly, you will need a company sponsor to be able to secure an Employment Pass.

- Applicant must have the relevant experience and education qualification;
- Applicant must meet the mimimum salary crtieria;
- Requirements for Job Advertisement: sponsor company with more than 10 employees must advertise on the local job portal for 28 days before applying
